New professional agricultural engineers



The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board of Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering (BOABE) announced the 851 out of 1,502 passers (56.66%) of 2018 Agricultural Engineer Board Exam held in seven testing sites, namely: Manila, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu, Davao, Legaspi, and Tuguegarao on August 22-23, 2018. The members of the BOABE who gave the licensure examination are Engr. Ariodear C. Rico, chairman, and Engr. Juana T. Tapel, member. The results were released in two working days from the last day of examination.


Among the 851 passers, 12 of them are from Cavite State University. CvSU garnered a passing rate of 75% (12 out of 16 takers). Class of 2018 recorded 100% passing rate. Congratulations to the latest batch of CvSU Agricultural Engineers!

DAFE welcomes new faculty members

The Department welcomes its three new instructors, namely: Engrs. Citadel C. Ariola, Eligio C. Borres, Jr., and Kevin P. Titiwa. The three are fresh graduates of Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Central Luzon State University, Science City Munoz, Nueva Ecija. Engrs. Ariola and Borres specialized in Soil and Water Management while Engr. Titiwa's major is in Agricultural Machinery.
