Halcy Lemon P. Orquina and Relbert C. Resontoc, BS Agricultural Engineering students, were two of the graduates of the 89th Commencement Exercises of the Cavite State University. The mid-year graduation was held on 17 November 2011 at the University Quadrangle. Hon. Roy M. Loyola, Cavite’s 5th District Representative, served as the commencement speaker.
Halcy Lemon P. Orquina was a chess varsity player of the University and the Chess team captain of the College of Engineering and Information Technology (CEIT). (GMCastillo)
