Engr. Melrose M. Salona has proven that Cavite State
University (CvSU) once again can excel alongside with great universities in the
Philippines in the field of Agricultural Engineering. Engr. Salona garnered the ninth place in the 2017 Licensure Examination for Agricultural Engineers
on August 23-24, 2017 with a rating of 81.32%. The examination was administered
by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and CvSU obtained a
passing rate of 68% (17 out of 25 takers).
The PRC also announced that a total of 630 out of 1,304 examinees
passed the said exam which translates into a national passing rate of 48.31%.
The examination was held in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu,
Davao, Legazpi and Tuguegarao.
